Loscil is the Vancouver, BC based project of Scott Morgan. He's released several albums under the name Loscil and I recently caught a track on KEXP. Reviewers have drawn comparisons with Brian Eno (Music For Airports phase) and after listening to a few cuts I'd have to agree. It's very minimalist ambient electronica that is worth taking a look at if you are into that stuff. CBC Radio3 has a piece on Loscil.
