I am going to leave the full review of this book until the end of the year in order not to throw any spoilers out there for those that might read this novel.
Needless to say, you get more groovy babe-ballin', ass-kickin' surfer action once again with Bill Cartwright, agent for the secret undercover organization: Operation Hang Ten!
